Dr. Gary M. Lattin
is the Founding Member
of Berks
Cardiologists, Ltd. bringing
state-of-the-art cardiac care to Berks
County in 1972. He is Board
Certified in Internal Medicine and
Cardiovascular Diseases.
His sub-specialties include:

Transesophageal echocardiography

Stress echocardiography
·
Nuclear Cardiology
Dr. Lattin was raised in Baltimore, MD,
where he earned his pre-med undergraduate degree
at John's Hopkins University and later
received his
medical degree at University of Maryland
School of Medicine. His postgraduate
training included Internal Medicine
Internship and Residency also at
University of Maryland Hospital. He
later completed his
Cardiovascular Fellowship at University
of Pennsylvania School of
Medicine, Philadelphia, PA.
"I was inspired to become a
cardiologist during my early training at
the University of Maryland, where
cardiologists were making the most
advances in medicine as compared to
other specialties, and I wanted to be a
part of this.
Today, cardiology continues to allows us
to diagnose cardiac disease with the
most advanced technology available.
To benefit from these continuing
advances, laypersons need to know that
they must seek treatment early for
cardiac problems."
