Berks Cardiologists, Ltd. in 2002. He is
Board Certified in Cardiovascular Disease,
Internal Medicine, as an Authorized User of
Radiopharmaceuticals, and as a Medical
Examiner.
His

Shapiro
received his
undergraduate degree in biology from
Pennsylvania State University, University
Park, PA, and his
medical degree from Temple University:

Mount Sinai Medical Center, New York, NY,
and Weiler Hospital of the Albert Einstein
School of Medicine, Bronx, NY. He served
fellowships at Long Island Jewish Medical
Center, New Hyde Park, NY, and Mount Sinai
Medical Center, New York, NY. He was an
Assistant Professor of Medicine, Department
of Cardiology, SUNY Stony Brook University
Hospital, Stony Brook, NY.
